HOW IMPORTANT HAIR HEALTH IS?

"Your hair is your crown that You will Never take off"\


The major aspect of your personality is your hair, more than half of your appearance depends on the hair you are blessed with.
There's a true saying that goes -
"First impression is the last impression"
Wherever you go, even if you have achieved a lot in life, the first impression anybody would ever get is your personality.
"Achievements may catch eyes, but personality wins Hearts"
In a nutshell, what we should really aim for is healthy hair. Remember, healthy hair come with a  healthy diet.
The main component of which hair is made of is a protein called Keratin. And I have already discussed in my previous article how important protein is for your body and so for your hair.

                                There are abundant protein rich sources in nature for getting a lustrous and healthy hair. Some of which are Almonds, Walnuts, Soybeans, Nuts, Paneer, Green veggies, Eggs and the list goes on. So why go anywhere else when all the sources are there in nature in abundance. People spend thousands of bucks investing in the exorbitant treatments but what they end up with is a burning pocket. One thing they don't give heed to is that something they are searching for is priceless. There's no medicine and no treatment if hair aren't provided with a good nutrition.
So, to sum up everything, we can conclude that -
"Nutrition is the key"
Lastly, my message to all is that please take a very good care of your locks for a reason and they will beautify you every season. 
The world is yours, rule it with your crown!
