Your diet is a crucial aspect of how you live and how you behave!
You can achieve milestones with a sound mind that dwells in your body which in turn is composed of the nutrition you give to it.
The way you Speak,
The way you Walk,
The way you Talk,
Your personality is the outcome of the diet you follow.
So make sure it is well balanced, wholesome, and nutritious. With it, you are going to conquer the world!
Today in the hustle-bustle of the world, everyone is craving for a healthy body and wonder how tough it is. On the contrary, it is so easy that we make it so complicated.
The first and foremost mantra to keep in mind is simply -

Rather than quantity, focus on quality. The vital nutrients in the food are proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and fibers all of which go hand in hand. Protein is the major structural component of all cells in the body. So as the saying goes, opt for protein-rich foods, and all else will follow.
Besides, other nutrients are also equally essential but they should be in check and should be taken from good sources.
Include healthy, nutrient-rich foods like walnuts, almonds, peanuts, oats, veggies, fruit, and paneer.
In addition to providing proper nutrition, they give you adequate strength by making your body well-toned and muscles well defined.
